The rates are $185 for Wednesday and Thursday, then $295 for Friday. Individuals who reserve rooms at the conference rate must pay a deposit equal to one night plus taxes (so $185 for a weeknight, plus 9.7% tax, which is 5.7% for state hotel tax and 4% for local room tax).

Individuals who want to cancel their reservation must cancel within 7 days of arrival in order to get a refund of the deposit.
